The list of main works performed by JSC «NSRY» in ship repair industry
The whole nomenclature of works comprises about 700 items.
Works performed in ship repair:
- hull cleaning with depth up to 25 m in dock according to Customer’s request;
- mechanical cleaning of hull with HPWW up to 450 bar, productivity up to 300 m2/h;
- HPWW up to 1000 bar;
- ultra high pressure water washing up to 3000 bar;
- grit blasting up to Sa 2.5…3 with productivity up to 2500 m2/h;
- cleaning with mechanical tool;
- hull structure repair and renewal, productivity of steel renewal up to 15 ton/day;
- upgrading works of any complicacy on hull and vessel’s systems;
- performance of unique welding and building up works;
- reconditioning of spares with the help of metal spraying;
- propeller-shaft complex repairs;
- ship side valves repairs;
- repairs of internal combustion engines, pumps, steam and gas turbines;
- repairs of deck mechanisms and cranes of any structure;
- pipeline repairs;
- repairs of heat exchangers;
- repairs of main and auxiliary mechanisms;
- repairs of electro-navigational equipment;
- repairs of power plant and electrical equipment;
- cleaning of ballast/cargo tanks and holds, use of environmental control equipment:
- HPWW up to 3000 bars;
- Grit blasting to Sa 2.5…3;
- Cleaning with mechanical tool;
- Painting with high quality paints.
