State order
The state Customer is Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
To meet their requirements the Yard can carry out the following repairs and maintenance:
- combatant ships and boats,
- special purpose ships and auxiliary service ships,
- small ships,
- other types of ships except listed above,
- structural parts of ship’s steering gear,
- masts, derricks,rigging,
- ship’s deck mechanisms,

- hull structural parts and machinery,
- other ship’s machinery and mechanisms,
- diesel engines and their structural parts,
- steam turbines and their structural parts,
- gas turbines and their structural parts,
- radio-navigational equipment (including aviation equipment).

Main and other types of activities are carried out on the basis of licenses total number of which exceeds 30:
- License for repairs and maintenance of armament and military equipment .
- A Certification Certificate of the Yard by Russian Marine Register of Shipping.
- Certificate of Conformity to the Quality System to repairs and maintenance of armament and military equipment in the system of OBORONCERTIFIC.
Navy ships repaired at our Yard:
- 2001: mine-sweeper"Zheleznyakov";
- 2002: antisubmarine escort ship “Kasimov”, mine-sweeper "Ìineralnye Wody", mine-sweeper "Lieutenant Ilyin", ÐÁ-193, ÁÄÊ-159, ÑÁ-4, îñóùåñòâëåí ïîäúåì çàòîíóâøåãî ÁÃÊ;
- 2003: capital ship "Êildin”, antisubmarine escort ship "Åisk", ÑÁ-4, antisubmarine escort ship "Êàsimov";
- 2004: antisubmarine escort ship "Suzdalets", antisubmarine escort ship "Povorivo", antisubmarine escort ship "Åisk", mine-sweeper " Ìineralnye Wody ", ÑÁ-4, ÐÁ-199;
- 2005: capital ship "Êårch" , antisubmarine escort ship "Ìuromets" and others;
- 2006: escort ship “Smetliviy" , antisubmarine escort ship "Shtil" , ò/x ” ÊÑÂ-67”, ò/x ” CÁ-4”, mine-sweeper “Zheleznyakov ”;
- 2007: escort ship "Pytliviy".
In 2005 Ôèëèàë 1127 ÐÇ ÐÀÂ was founded and began operation on the basis of the production facilities of the Yard which made it possible to carry out complex repairs of navy ships and boat including repairs of armament, navigation and radio-navigation equipment and automation systems.
Works can be carried out according to typical and individual technological methods elaborated by Yard’s specialists.
In 2002 JSC NSRY concluded an Agreement with 125 ÎÊÒÁ ×Ô on elaboration and delivery of normative and repair-technological documentation for arrangement and performance of repair works on all navy vessels.
In 2003 the Yard was inspected by experts from Russian Agency of Shipbuilding (ÍÈÈ "Ëîò" ÔÃÓÏ "ÖÍÈÈ èì. àêàäåìèêà À.Í. Êðûëîâà"). The adherence to license requirements and terms of carrying our repair and maintenance of armament and military equipment was checked. The inspection recognized Yard’s repair and maintenance of armaments and military equipment as satisfactory.
Our Yard has gained enough experience in navy repairs for three years since the resumption of navy repairs, new methods of repairs have been introduced, necessary technical documentation was ordered and received from 172 ÎÊÒÁ ×Ô, mutually benefit connections were established with suppliers of spares and materials.
Quality of works performed ay JSC NSRY were confirmed by the Certificate of Conformity of 08.04.2004 ¹ 04.113.026, which is valid for 3 years. JSC NSRY highly appreciates and entirely justifies the confidence of the State which places orders for navy repairs.
